"I have read many reviews on Manava and chose to come here for a holiday. It far exceeded my expectations. From a huge mess up on my part, booked 2027 instead of 2026, they went above and beyond to help me. Particularly the manager Maeva was exceptional in assisting me with all things (other mess ups like leaving stuff at previous hotel). I can’t say enough about the staff here including the front desk staff including Elsa and another manager (man) all were exceptional in customer service. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent as well. I went snorkelling early in the morning and saw two turtles, a shark and 2 rays. I used the paddle boards and infinity pool. I loved that this hotel was small. They really take care of you. Hope to be back. Thank you for helping me have a wonderful holiday in beautiful Moorea."

"Stayed 5 nights in an overwater bungalow Great experience. Snorkeling outside the bungalow is really nice. Plenty of fish. The food at the beach restaurant was really good with excellent service. We will definitely return!"

"Our stay in Tahiti was absolutely unforgettable, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine Polynesian hospitality that made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views that made every morning feel like paradise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing stay. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with recommendations, assistance, and friendly smiles. Their outstanding service made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore while still offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and every part of the property was impeccably maintained. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, luxury, and authentic Tahitian hospitality, this hotel is the perfect choice. "First of all, Moorea is beautiful!! Very quiet, not crowded and very peaceful. NIU Beach Resort has very upscale beach bungalows steps from the water. We snorkeled from the beach - super clear and lots of coral. We also kayaked daily which was very fun. The bungalow is perfectly equipped - very thoughtful and beautiful. Only breakfast is available to purchase on-site, but restaurants and small groceries are bikeable (bikes provided for free) or walkable. Perfect for adult travelers!"

"Mina and Tama are such sweet and hospitable individuals. So willing to help us. We had to cut our stay short due to some unforeseen circumstances. They gave us a partial refund for the night that we ended up not staying for. They have kayaks, a beautiful view of the sunset, surf boards, a cute kitchen/hangout area, two fairly docile cats and lots of room. Only issue we had was the ants, you can’t leave food anywhere for more than 5 minutes without ants swarming it."

"Nice, small hotel with beautiful pool area. The rooms were large and clean and the second floor balcony was comfortable (though I wish our room had been closer to the beach for a better view- we were looking over the roof of the restaurant). One strange thing is they do not hand out more than one key. We made a big deal out of it, as my husband and I do different activities and we really needed two keys, and they finally gave us a second keyboard. The restaurant has a great view, but the food and service are so so. The snorkeling was surprisingly good. I saw a turtle, loads of fish, and some live coral."

"Our stay at Hotel Kaveka was absolutely amazing. The beachfront bungalow-style villa was just steps from the water and only a short walk to the hotel restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel was worth every dollar spent, and my wife and I enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen in a long time right from the beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic Polynesian experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended! 🌅🏝️❤️"
