「Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.」

「Fas Uimmer war sauber, aber unbequem, auf der Schreibtiscjtjeke stand ein TV, kein Stuhl uim daran zu sitzenen, sondern ein Sessel. Badezimmer, es fehlte ein beleuchter Rasier-/Schminkspiegel, keine Abblage für Beauticase. Bedienung überlastet, jedoch sehr freundlich und guter Service auch an der Bar. Super bestuhlte Freiluft Terrasse vor dem Speisesaal. Kein ygrund um nicht Wiederzukommen. Personal sei überall rar😅」

「Rommet var det beste med hotellet, super fint og rent rom. Hotellet var ellers litt halvferdig og frokosten dårlig. Ansatte spiste også av frokost buffé under «rydding» og virket sur. Ellers var de i resepsjonen hyggelig og hjelpsomme.」

「We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel」

「Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful. Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need. My room may too close to the railway as it shaked whenever the train pass-by, but I am OK with that. I...

「Hotel elegante e confortevole, camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Dalle finestre si gode la vista sulle vie del centro storico, mentre dalla terrazza al quarto piano il panorama è sul castello di Burgdorf e sulle vicine montagne. La colazione viene servita al pian terreno dove le bravissime ragazze dello staff sono guidate dal signor Ferdinand, che coccola gli ospiti con garbo ed efficienza. Consigliatissimo!」

「The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! The stores and history nearby were perfect and we have many memories now to savor. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with zero complaints !!」
