「I like the place and location is perfect, however, housekeeping wasn’t the best. They didn’t really clean the room, only made the bed and replaced towels. Didn’t clean the sink, or the mirror, nor the toilet. It was disappointed」

「It is near Utrecht Centre and Utrecht Centraal (30 minutes walk) but not too crowded with tourist! The staff are very friendly and kind! The bed is quite nice if you got used to it. It is not much of a complaint but reminds that: 1. The and service room I booked does not offer washing machines or drying machines which I need to check carefully (but the staff are very helpful on pointing nearby laundry shop) 2. My room is in 2nd floor but because it is an old building, it doesnt have an elevator....

「冷氣幾乎都不涼 天氣熱的時候 住宿品質較不舒適 若不開窗房間會有點悶 開窗後 有蜜蜂飛入 有點嚇人 但若不是在炎熱天氣入住應該會是舒適的 衛浴及床具都算舒爽」
