To stay here staring at beautiful mountains and the channel is paradise. It is only an easy quick 10 minute ride to the city center and airport. Tour operators collect you at the hotel. Taxi and shuttle services is quick and quicker. Fantastic service and staff, and good. Highly recommend.

Wish I could have stayed longer!!

Holy cow! I'm so glad we stayed here. I only wish we had more time here. The setting was stunningly beautiful--both the views from the room and restaurant. The whole place was spotless, and I love that the guest room didn't have carpet. The food was excellent, and so was the service. I chose this because it was close to the airport, but if I'm ever in town again I'll stay here the whole time, even though it's a bit outside of town.

The location was fabulous. The property is adjacent to the Beagle Channel. You can walk out and see the birds and shoreline. It is extremely quiet. Management offers a shuttle service to downtown area so if you do not have a rental car you can still get there without relying on a taxi. Even if you use the taxi or uber, the fares are extremely cheap. The breakfast spread was great servicing both European and American foods --Cereal, Toast, Pastries, Deli meats, scrambled egg and bacon by request. The rooms were clean and well maintained. At night you can open your window and hear the sounds of nature. I had a wonderful time. The internet/wifi is also acceptable for this region.

The hotel was very nice and I was content for the most part with my stay. My only complaints were the limited hours in which the shuttle service was offered. Even just one or two more trips being added would have made it so much more convenient. I did appreciate this service and thought it was a great addition due to the hotel location. My other complaint was that after accidentally dropping an earring down the sink, I went to go ask the front desk if there was someone that could come help open it up to get it out. Both people there simply replied “no” with no additional follow up. I asked if there was anyone that could help get it out, and they said no maintenance would be back until the following day but that they would follow up. They wrote down my room number. I heard nothing else about the issue, and the earring (which had previously been in eyesight) was long gone by the time I awoke the next morning. It wasn’t a big deal, but had it been valuable jewelry this would be absolutely unacceptable. I would have appreciated at least some sort of follow up after being promised that they would handle the issue. Other than these two issues, everything else was handled extremely well. If these two concerns were to eh addressed, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. It was a bit of a hefty walk into town, but being an active person I didn’t mind it. If you are not used to walking long distances (about 4km one way) you will have to utilize taxi services.

Nice hotel outside of the city

Very good location outside of the city. We had reserve a room with a sea view. Yes it was BUT between us and the sea there is the hotel parking with many cars 😠
