"This hotel had a restaurant on its grounds, but its breakfast was not free. I liked the breakfast, and it had many options, such as: eggs, breads, fruits, meats, and pastries. I also liked the bar. I did not have to pay any hotel tax. This hotel gave out numerous free: waters, teas, coffees, slippers, towels, toothbrushes, and razors. This hotel had a gym that was always open, and the gym had: weights, treadmills, exercise bikes, and more options. I also enjoyed the pool, but the hours of the pool were only from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool had a lifeguard, and while the water was colder and shallower, it was refreshing. I enjoyed the ability to be under a building while I was sitting on a chair that was located within the water. I enjoyed looking at the palm trees and then I would take a walk throughout the grassy areas. This hotel did have parking, but l did not have a car. This hotel had an elevator for its eight (8) floors, and there were also some sets of stairs. The rooms had television which was in Spanish, heat and air conditioning, and no issues with the Wi-Fi and the hot water. I also liked my view from the window of the Valdebebas area. There was an airport shuttle, but its hours were capricious, and I could not depend on it. Still, this hotel was very close to the airport. Some of the staff members were very helpful, but I felt that other workers were more difficult. The employees at the front desk spoke English, but many of the hotel workers only spoke Spanish."
