"It's very far from the haram (Masjid e nabwi) , however, there is a shuttle service. The room has a window facing other buildings, we rented king size bed. The property is clean and new. The downside is that it did not have anything in the vicinity as it is close to the highway. The water in the bathroom pools around the drain, it seems to be poor design of the tiles. The rooms are somewhat smaller than usual hotel room. Also, check other websites or even in person, we paid way too much through...

"No hot water, no working telephone, poor customer service at reception not capable of handling western travellers. Room card needs resetting every single day. Poor quality bedding, toilet roll. Only saving grace is its location, less than 10 min walk to the Haram."

It does not take five minute's to drive to the centre. It actually takes 12 minutes to drive from the centre. There was nothing superior about the room! It was actually very small. This property owner at least could provide details on how to locate this property. Why isn’t there a photo of the front facade of the building to help...
