"It was a good experience. The place is really nice clean and quiet the only problem was it was bit far from Haram a good 25 minutes walk. Overall its was good."

"The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins. My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short stay. The location is prime, accessible by car, and a moderately short walk to alharam. "
