「Enjoyed the historical charm of this boutique hotel in the heart of Cusco; staff took great care of us even though we had delays arriving. Family quadruple feels like an apartment and breakfast was delicious with amazing coffee, fresh fruits and eggs made to order! 」

「This is a gem in Cuzco. The staff is very, very helpful (and most of Cuzco people are really nice) The cleaning is excellent. The choices at breakfast is just as good. The room (one bed) had a big, big bed and more than enough blankets (actually we have the remove some of them because it wasn’t that cold and those blankets were heavy) we do have to ask for more pillows which they send them right away we also made a “mistake” of asking for a room heather which I was never use. 「Heavy moulding in the bathroom. Room is run-down with random stains and patches on the walls. Unknown metal protrudes from the wall. Bathroom rails and shelves are rusted. Staff provided inaccurate check in procedure, though it was resolved relatively quickly. I do not recommend this property. At this price range there are much better options in the area (or at least unmoulded options). 」

「Overall, you get what you pay for - not too many amenities bit staff are friendly and place is vlean enough. We went in the winter (July) so quite cold at night (no heat, lots of blanket). Area can be quite loud at night too.」
