「I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. 「1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room 3. 「First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower?
