Large cave-style King bedroom with bathroom and jacuzzi below stairs. Breakfast was good, pleasant service. Urgup location close to everything with a car. Housekeeping not consistent. Stayed there four nights. Very pleasant day reception desk, but no English in night staff. Would recommend.

I got the honeymoon suit for a good price. Service was superb and the property was well maintained. Had breakfast with the hotel manager and she was very polite. Only thing that was a bit of the problem was the location. The hotel was in urgur which didn't hv much to do and most attractions were in goreme

Worst hotel staff member ever

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff made our stay so uncomfortable. Starting with his lack of communication and ending with making me and my girlfriend so embarrassed in front of others. First, he never told us that we have to put a sign on our door if we want our room to be cleaned. We found out about this the next day when we came back from city tour and found our room not clean and saw the sign in the room. When we questioned the staff why he never told us the cleaning rule the first day. He didn’t say sorry or explained himself and with little to no English he spoke, we still were understanding. The next day we asked him if he can call a shuttle to take us to airport at 10:30am explained to him that we had our flight at 1 30pm and we did not wanna be late. and he said okay. At 10 30 am sharp my girlfriend and I carried 4 luggages from second floor to the front lobby to find out, he said the shuttle will not be there till 11 20 am again without any apology. Being all mad getting up earlier and rushing our breakfast, we dragged our baggage back to room again. This time shuffle arrives at 11 20, within 10 minutes after we left the hotel, the driver gets a call that same staff at hotel wants to speak to me. He said something like payment did not go through. The driver took us back to the hotel and we found the staff in the shuttle demanding for 115 euro in cash only in front of other people made me and my gf so embarrassed; again he didn’t say sorry.

Kapadokya’ya tekrar gelsem yine ve yine kalmak isteyeceğim otel diyebilirim. Odamız tertemizdi ve Kapadokya atmosferine uygundu. Standart oda seçmemize rağmen müsait olduğu için bize deluxe oda verildi. Otel işletmecisi olan beyefendi bize harika bir rota çizdi. Çizdiği rotaya göre her yeri gezip görmüş olduk. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Memnun olarak ayrıldık. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz:)

Bazı dikkat etmeniz gereken konular var üşünüyorum

Oda temizlik açısından Çok iyiydi diyemeyeceğim. Sebebi ise Lavabo el yıkama kısımları için yapılmış olunan Ahşap dekorlar çok tozluydu. Fön makinası Toz içindeydi. Tuvalet bence O noktada kapısız bir şekilde herkes için uygun olmadığını düşünüyorum. Banyo ve Küvet direk kapısız bir şekilde iniş sağlanıyordu. WC ye birimiz girdiği zaman,rahat ihtiyacını gideremiyordu. Onun dışında Küvet bizden önce uzun bir süre kullanılmamış diye düşünüyorum. Küvetin içinde 4 noktalı tazyikli su çıkışları içeride birikmiş kalıntıları direk dışarı verince berbat bir görüntü oluştu. Küveti 3'4 defa biraz su doldurup kendim temizlemek durumunda kaldım.

Süper bir konaklamaydı, ilk defa Kapadokya'ya gelmemize rağmen her konuda bilgilendirildik ve yardımcı olunduk. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde 5-10 dakika kadar, minibüs güzergahı üzerinde, kahvaltısı müthiş ve terasının muhteşem manzarası olan süper bir konaklama yeri.

- Leider roch die Toilette im Zimmer schlecht. Als wir sie warnten, sagten sie, dass das Hotel voll sei und sie das Zimmer nicht wechseln könnten. Sie sind nicht einmal gekommen, um sich das Zimmer anzusehen. + Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich.
