The hotel was undergoing renovations so the manager very kindly arranged for an upgraded room in a nearby hotel. The service was fantastic! We were there in off season so less to do and see in Urgup, but it was a pleasant stay.

We chose Evi to get the cave hotel experience and its affordability and let me tell you, Veli and staff exceeded our expectations with their hospitality- service and tips on how to make the best of our two night, three day trip. Place and accommodations were clean and homey and beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was incredible too! Also appreciated that it was close to great wine bars.

This family-owned hotel is a gem! It is located on a hill with a magnificent view of the city. The rooms are both clean and full of authentic decorative items. The owners have paid attention to all details inside and outside the rooms. Four of us booked two rooms and stayed only one night. But my family and myself had a wonderful time there. The breakfast was incredibly rich and tasty and we enjoyed it along with the morning breeze and the view of the city. Knowing that actual people thousands of years ago made these caves and also used the authentic items throughout the hotel made our stay so much special. We will definitely come back!

Their terrace is great with beautiful view; but their rooms have mood problems. Our room was not the worst one, but there was sand grains falling from the ceiling all the time. They didn't vacuum every day and by the third day, our sheet was so uncomfortable with lots of sand grains. Their breakfast was great. When they heard we would leave early and skip the breakfast the last day, they packed sandwiches for us which was a big surprise!

The standard room we got was unexpectedly dark and was situated on the lowest floor of the hotel and the farest side. We didn’t expect such a dark and far place. I presume that the other rooms in the hotel look and feel way better. There were lots of stairs and it was difficult to climb with children all the time. It was no place for children to play and consequently for parents to relax at the territory of the hotel. For the rest in was very nice breakfast and amazing view from the terras.

Great view, mediocre service.

My friend and I stayed in a cave room - the room was large and had enough space. The best part of the hotel was the amazing breakfast and the view from the terrace (absolutely worth staying here just for the view!). However, the service was a bit hit or miss and there wasn't always someone available if I needed something. For instance, when checking out there wasn't anybody around and it took a long time to find someone. The door handle on the room was also completely broken meaning that often it took up to 3/4 minutes to get in or out of the room.

Çok samimi ve ilgili çalışanlara sahip bir oteldi. Çok güzel bir konaklama oldu bizler için. Özellikle Ahmet şefin yemekleri ve ilgili tavrı çok hoş ve nazikti. Otel odası temiz ve konforluydu. Bir daha Kapadokya’ya gidersek yeniden tercih edebileceklerimiz listemize girdi. Ve ayrıca otelin kahvaltısı harika bunu da söylemeden edemeyeceğim.

Die hohe Lage am Hang bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Land. Es gab mehre Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen in den verschiedenen Ebenen des Hotels. Einzig kleiner Makel in den Räumen waren ab und zu die kleinen Steinchen, die von von der Decke fielen.
