The hotel was clean and cosy. Ali Bey was very helpful and gave us detailed information about the tours and nearby attractions. Breakfast was plentiful, and every morning they served two different hot dishes in addition to the standard options. If you order anything extra, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious compared to other places in the area. We occasionally had an issue with the hot water, especially for the jacuzzi, but we didn't want to bother them as the hotel staff was extremely nice and respectful to us. Ortahisar is a calm and quiet town — perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, though not much is going on in the area and you have to take a tour or a taxi to see other places unless you have a car. We would definitely choose this hotel again for a relaxing and chill holiday.

Janus Otel Kapadokya’da harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel son derece temiz ve yeniydi, her detay özenle düşünülmüş. Konumu gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın, ulaşım açısından çok rahat. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Odadaki jakuzi çok keyifliydi, şömine detayı da ortama ayrı bir sıcaklık katmış. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Sadece otopark konusunda biraz sıkıntı var ama onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Çok memnun olarak ayrıldık, kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz.

Harika bir otel

Janus Cappadocia gerçekten her şeyiyle çok güzel bir otel. Başta Beşir olmak üzere tüm personel harika. Odaların ambiyansı çok güzel. Servis, sabah sunulan serpme kahvaltı çok başarılı. Kesinlikle gidip konaklamata tereddüt etmeyin. Olumsuz 2 şey var sadece ki onlar da göreceli. İlki odadaki ışıklandırma biraz yetersiz. Diğeri de eğer yaşlı anne babanız varsa odalar dubleks olduğu için üst kata çıkmakta ciddi zorluk çekiyorlar.
