Even the neck-support pillows did not support my head well. This was a common issue I had with different hotels during my latest trip to Germany.」

It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.」
