「The place could have been a bit cleaner. We had a few problems. We had a bee in our room that stung my husband. We had carpenter ants. Our TV wouldn't work and to top it off The power went out on the 4th of July, and they do not have generators and it was during a heat wave! We among other guests checked out early and since then I called a few times to get credited as they promised and we are not hearing back so I'm not happy about that at all.」

「Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.」

「Most of the room was good w.o issues. The shower was very upsetting. The roles were very old , and patched and stained. I couid not tell if the shower was dirty or old. I honestly wore my flip flops in because I did not want my touch the floor with my feet. The bathroom sink area near the hair dryer had a softspot. The floor was very soft there. I was very excited for this trip too, the bathroom was horrible though. The chairs next to fire place were very stained as well. I did not sit on them...

「Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access.」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「This property needs to be updated badly. The hallway leading to my room stunk, the ac filters were very dirty so we had to clean them and the ac still didn’t work that good. All in all I would not stay there again.」
