"This was one of my best hotel stays. The staff, from the valet to the concierge were amazing. Everyone was so personable. The room was comfortable and clean. I hosted an event in the ballroom, my guests all commented on the food, the servers, bartender. Would definitely recommend. "

"Property and amenities were great as always. My concern was that I left a wedding ring at the property during mt last visit, I called, described it, and was told that it was located in my room. Upon my return this time, I twice asked about the ring. Each time I received a nonchalant reply: 1. You have to check with housekeeping and they leave early and 2. Did you contact us about it? (Affirmative, I was told that it is here?) We don't have it. (No searching - Do you have a lost and found?) We don't have it. No real interest in looking or attempting to assist. "

"The staff were very helpful and the location is great. I never stayed at a hostel before this and didn't know what to expect and my experience overall was positive. There was nobody sketchy or anything like that. The capsule was hot when I tried to sleep in it and there is no way to adjust the temperature or a fan in there so I did wake up sweating every morning. Also, it can be hard to sleep with people coming in and out and everyone was quiet during the quiet hours (12pm-8am) but after like 9am it could be noisy but usually not for too long. The outlets in the capsule were usb-a and not usb-c so I couldn't charge my iphone in the capsule but there are other outlets in the lobby/bathrooms/etc. that I used. I am tall too so sometimes my feet would hit the little curtain thing and it would roll up. The bathrooms were clean, the water was hot when I showered and they had listerine, towels, washcloths and 3 in 1 body wash available. The locker in my room didn't really work and wouldn't let me create my own passcode and would just lock so I didn't use it. I left my things in the my capsule while I was out or right outside of it on the floor when I was asleep which I was worried about but nothing was stolen. "

"We were in D.C. for a long weekend getaway. We arrived at The Hamilton 3 hours before check-in time anticipating to have our luggage put in the luggage hold. We were pleasantly surprised to be told that our room was available. The lobby area was beautiful, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was a reasonable size, and very clean. The hotel is very conveniently located - 1 block away from the closest Metro Station (McPherson Square) and blocks away from many of the areas we were heading."
