「We have stayed at Emeline multiple times throughout the years. Our first few stays after the opening were wonderful, the last few ones have been hit or miss. We didn't have a big issue this time but have been disappointed by the quality of the service and the cleanliness, or lack of. We booked a suite for 3 people with one king bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding or pillows so we asked the reception to send housekeeping. When we got back to the room, the sofa bed was open...

「This is a lovely boutique hotel adjacent to the old town. Easily walkable to all major sights. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. 」

「The hotel is very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super hot though. It was cold out so I think the heat was on in the building. We turned our A/C to the lowest possible setting but still felt like we were baking. Overall a nice place. 」
