「Terrible communication and not clean at all 」

「The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

「We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.」

「We will never stay onsite at Alton Towers again if this property is available! Closer to the park entrance than hotels, no need to battle the monorail crowds. Georgina the owner was extremely friendly & her communication for check in was excellent. The home itself was newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Perfectly clean with all the amenities provided for a short stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be booking again if lucky to find it available.」

「It's the most underrated place you will think off I generally it's been 2 days but still missing the place so much 😭.the beautiful view ,the sunset and sunrise it's so iconic beautiful ❤️.you will see cows and sheep just remind me my hometown in hills it makes me so much feel home like ,well can't forget the rabbit he will come to surprise in the cottage area sneaky and cute .all things I see make me feel like people dream of a house in a quiet and peaceful area love it all .
