「Stayed one night for a family wedding. Mixed experience. Overall a lovely hotel and pleasant staff. But they desperately need air con in the bedrooms. Stayed in a deluxe family room. Whilst I appreciate it was extremely warm weather just one fan in a large family room cannot compensate for not having air con. The windows don’t open far due to being on first floor so next to useless especially with the thick blackout curtains closed. Also no fridge in the room which you’d expect with a 4* resort....

「Great staff, friendly, helpful & polite. Dining area and gardens are attractive and spacious. Our bedroom & ensuite were large and tastefully decorated. We had a lovely stay but there were a few things that would have made it excellent: the bedroom mirror was v dirty & smeared and the blind above the bed was broken, so couldn’t let more daylight into the room during the day. Also- would really like a loo brush to keep it clean!! The room rate isn’t cheap, so would expect higher standard of...
