「Made very welcome on our arrival. Room was clean and tidy, and dinner was delicious - all credit to the chef and kitchen staff who had to tackle all the orders for the night in one go following a village wide power cut. Breakfast was very tasty and set us perfectly for the walking ahead of us. The only criticism is that the shower was very hit and miss - either scalding or freezing!」

「Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. 「Comfortable stay with the necessary amenities. I would recommend to people as was just what I needed and bonus that it is dog friendly for when I stay again and bring the dog. Clean, welcoming and lovely breakfast in the morning. 」
