「I didn't like that the television was located facing a bed but not both of them. I couldn't adjust the television sound on the remote or switch the channels from the bed closest to the bathroom. The breakfast delivery bag was great.」

There are no rugs on the floor so every time someone walks at night you can hear it. The outlet in the bathroom looks like it was coming off the wall and there was a hair dryer plugged in. 「Although there was a minor issue at check-in, it was quickly resolved. My main safety concerns are the motel's 'self check-in' system, which leaves physical keys in an unsecured box for anyone to access, and the lack of a door latch or chain for added security. Additionally, the railing leading up to the front office needs attention. However, despite these issues, the room was very clean and quiet, though it shows some wear and tear.」

「The property was magnificent. Our cottage had a perfect layout maximizing a small footprint perfectly so it felt roomy. The pool was clean, water temp was excellent. The outdoor space is all landscaped perfectly. The beach area was set up perfectly for viewing the sunset. Would definitely recommend staying here.」

「Staff was very friendly and personable. Room was very clean. I found the website to be a bit deceptive with the photos and descriptions posted. Rooms may all be water “view” but not all are water “front”. Yes, there’s a view of Asateague Island and the marshes from the docks but you can’t see ponies from there—at least not w/o binoculars. It’s a good distance across that water!」

Very nice pool area. I was a little concerned about the highway but you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. Overall the property rates high on our list and I tend to be picky.
