「Der Empfang war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Balkon war nicht im besten Zustand. Das Frühstück war perfekt, alles da, was man braucht zum Frühstücken. Der Gasthof war jeden Abend gut besucht, aber das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen so typisch bayrisch, einfach super lecker. Leider gibt es zu wenig Parkplätze am Haus. Zum Teil musste man schon weiter weg parken.」

「I paid Expedia in advance and had a receipt. On arrival I was told the booking was not paid in advance despite me showing them my receipt they insisted that I must pay them …. Again. They spent ages consulting paper file and then charged me to a credit card on file. Upon checking I do not recognise the card number. This took over 20 minutes at check in. Very poor given I had proof of payment. I have no idea if I’ve been charged twice. 」

「Check-in experience was not promising. No reception after 13:30 on Saturday. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Air - circulation was bad especially the single bedroom with no windows. The 3-people room on the ground floor with a small openable window didn’t help airflow in particular when the sun shader closed.」

「Clean, comfortable spacious room with a desk for my husband and a reading armchair for me. Breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly with helpful recommendations for what to do in the area mid-winter. Our room faced the Main Street. We were surprised at how early the traffic began to be busy but it was quiet overnight. Would return here again. 」

「Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und hatte gute Anbindungen an die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG wo die Größe sehr gut war. Allerdings war die Dusche sehr dreckig (als hätte man diese nicht gewaschen) und aufgrund dessen das wir im EG waren konnte jeder Fremde durchs Fenster schauen, was die Privatsphäre etwas gehindert hat und man hat die laute Straßenbahn leider sehr stark im Zimmer gehört wodurch das Schlafen etwas schlechter war. 」
