This hotel is BEYOND perfection. Staff were super extra nice, the bar was perfect, the breakfast was extraordinary. Rooms were super comfy...can't really ask for more!
The breakfast was great and location met our needs. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and had good WiFi. The air conditioning was poor so if you are going in the summer and want a cool room to sleep in this might not meet your needs.
Great hotel. Staff were friendly, room modern, large and clean. Food, service and ambience in the restaurant also great.
Only disappointment was the city. I was hoping for a bit more life and places to visit. But it was a Sunday so maybe lots of places were shut.
I met the most wonderful, helpful staff at check in. If they had maps of the hotel, it would have been a little easier.
Try the spaghetti at the restaurant.
Good location near the centre, convenient underground car park, modern and comfortable rooms, luckily with separate bathroom, good choices for breakfast, friendly staff. Would recommend and book again.
All staff at this hotel were great. Rooms were clean, comfortable and most importantly, quiet. It is a 20 minute walk from the city center which we knew when we booked it. Felt safe walking around.
Staff at this place was excellent! Air conditioning was terrible and the beds are as hard as a rock. Other than that it was clean and all staff are extremely nice and accommodating.
Leonardo Augsburg was a great option during this Oktoberfest for something more reasonably priced as compared to Munich. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel bar was great. We had some great cocktails late night before settling in. Check in and check out was smooth as well. All the staff were cheerful and warm - great customer service. Recommended!
The hotel is very good and the people at the reception very kind and helpful in every way. Low note is the restaurant, we waited 30 min at the entrance of the restaurant to realize they didnāt have space for us. In such hotel like this shouldnāt happen.

A decent tourist class hotel
The hotel is not in the best area, but the hotel itself is secure and welcoming. Great parking facilities. Lively atmosphere with lots of guests in the lobby and restaurant.
Our room was a bit disappointing because it did not resemble the picture in the advertisement and the second bed in what was supposed to be a superior room was simply a sofa that flattens out with a sheet placed over its surface. Not what we expected at all and not especially hygienic.
Overall, it is a decent tourist class hotel.
Iām a little torn on this one. The service was top notch. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. A few things knocked it down a few notches for me. The area is not a nice part of town. This was evidenced by the security protocols put in place to park your car and to get into the actual hotel. No key card, no entry anywhere. Yes, this is a good thing and I was thankful. But it was just reinforcement to me about the safety of the neighborhood. The hotel canāt change that so they adjusted. Second, the AC didnāt work. Barely kicked out any air flow at all. Hotel staff told me their AC did work and even sent a tech. In the end we settled for a fan which helped. The last thing was charging me a lot of money for a bottle of water. They gave complimentary water which I didnāt realize was carbonated until I opened it. I went down for a new one and was charged X amount of Euros. I posted the price here but it was rejected by Hotels dot com so youāll have to figure it out. It aināt the Ritz Carlton so do t charge the prices.
