「We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. However, due to the poor service, I would not recommend to stay here unless all the hotels were...

「Lovely view of the ocean and sunset! Pool looked murky, but lots of families were enjoying it. The biggest bummer was the noise almost all night on the boardwalk below… but maybe that was because it was Easter Week??」

「This hotel was a great stop off, on our way to Rote. The hotel arranged taxis from the airport & to the port. Assisted with tickets to Rote for the fast ferry. The breakfast was great, so much choice & very fresh. For dinner we went to Taman Laut again 5 *****. We will be back. Loved the people 10/10.」
