「Beautiful, unique hotel in downtown Springfield, MO. We have stayed here many times for weekend getaways and it’s always wonderful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend the on site restaurant/bar at front of hotel and also the rooftop lounge. We will be back soon!!」

「Beautiful place. Planning on coming back again!!」

「Good location. Friendly staff but were rarely at the front desk. Comfortable bed & pillows. Carpet in rooms needs to be cleaned or updated & outlet in vanity room was loose. The only public microwave is in the coffee shop.」

「This hotel was very clean and the staff was especially friendly. I’d never stayed at an Element before. It was a really nice accommodation at an affordable price. Will be back.」

「Clean and workable.」

「Nice」

「Check in staff pleasant as was breakfast area staff. Room bathroom was not up to par. Found hair on shower wall and on floor outside the shower. Pretty gross.」

「Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time」
