「Great place to stay!」

「Front desk is very friendly and helpful.」

「Everything is good!」

「Clean !」

「When I travel to Omaha/Council Bluffs in the future, I'll avoid this hotel. The main issue was the beds were on metal panels that sound like you were sleeping on timpani drums. The owners/staff were very friendly but the beds were awful to sleep on. Outdated amenities are fine, and they tried to keep things clean, but I've never seen beds like these in my 60 years.」

「This is the 5th time staying at this hotel. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room size is larger than most hotels. I noticed this visit the vacuuming needed more attention in the hallway and inside; especially inbetween the bed and side tables . I would like to see more than 1 op」

「great location friendly staff. Very clean . We are will be back」

「Tv Would not pull up」

「Very close to the airport.」

「The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Evening reception with 2 free drinks? Yes please! The room had a separate living room/sitting area. The room was huge! Breakfast the next morning is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Embassy Suites has now spoiled me. I will look for them wherever we travel!」

「The bed was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was disappointing. We got the same room for both stays. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls. The flooring was coming apart. It was really humid and muggy in the room. The gap between the bed and the wall was really narrow and hard to walk through to get into bed.」
