"We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!"

"The sofa bed mattress was the incorrect size and did not cover the metal frame and was stained I booked with this hotel because it had a pool, and the pool was unavailable but the hotel did give me a discount that was great "

"Clean room, polite and very competent staff. Parking great. Borderline neighborhood and WiFi went out, neither of which was the hotels fault and WiFi was fixed asap. Excellent value for the cost!"

"Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating! Didn’t really like the parking situation- there was an event happening upon my arrival which left me parking all the way down the street which was kind of annoying. But overall my stay was great! "

"During my previous stay at this establishment, I encountered no adverse remarks. Regrettably, upon check-in, rooms were unavailable, necessitating a prolonged wait for housekeeping to complete the room turnover process. Furthermore, there were remnants of food on the carpets. Regrettably, the hallways emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor. As previously mentioned, I have made multiple visits to this establishment while visiting friends and family, and I have not experienced this situation. I suspect that this incident may have been attributed to staffing or organizational issues. I do hope they consider at least a momentary accommodation. "
