「凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭」

「Servicing staff are very helpful and friendly. I upgraded to Delux room, it is worth and spacious. During the hot season. I can only start outdoor activities after 3pm. Therefore I stay most of the time in the room. Location is excellent, take 3 mins to Soug Waqif station and the market. 」

「Very pleasant stay. Staffs were very caring and courteous. Very good location, close to Metro station. Room was very neat and clean with enough supplies of coffee and tea. Very spacious bathroom with clean towels. The King size bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend for this price point. 」
