「The staff at the Maison-H was fantastic!! Debbie, Goda, and others plus the two dogs made our two week stay a great time. We enjoyed the breakfast meals and time in the swimming pool. 「The room we booked was not available. The room we were given was not suitable. Electric gate on arrival not opening. Breakfast limited and served on cold plates.」

「I cancelled on arrival when I saw the poor conditions the place was in and lost my whole payment. The reception area looked like a pigs corters. We got backrooms after we paid for rooms with balconies - 3x rooms. I demand my refund from Booking dot com please」

「Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening.
