Disappointed

Poor condition of the 2nd bedroom bed. Old and uncomfortable. Beddings were dirty on arrival. After numerous communication via email and telephone and pictures to change the bedding it was only done on the day before checkout and this was a 5 night stay. See pictures attached.

The place is super cool!!!

we had such an amazing stay with my friends. The place is very tidy, safe and have everything you can think of, we actually got more than we expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely choose to stay there again the next time we visit Durban.

Think Twice

Amazing View and modern decor but that's about it. Shower does not drain water and is prone to flooding. Kettle only worked periodically. Staff at premises not helpful and if you do need any assistance you have to contact the letting agents (not on the premises) If you are looking for full-on SELF CATERING accommodation this is good for you. No cleaning service offered. Even take the trash out yourself vibes. If this is not the way you would like to have vaccation THINK TWICE. Pay a bit more and book into any other seefront accommodation Umdloti has to offer. To be honest I don't know why this place is even hotels.com
