Excellent Resort. Very Good Sunset.

Pros : The Resort is awesome. Very good location with many pools, bars and restaurants. Our appartment was just in front of a beautiful beach and the sunset. Very good place for families with kids Cons : Our appartment was small and poorly provided in terms of cooking tools. Beds are of bad quality

Wir fanden den Urlaub als Familie mit 2 Kindern super. Die Anlage ist riesengroß aber das fanden wir gerade schön für einen abendlichen Spaziergang. Sie liegt direkt am Meer. Die Apartments sind zwar wirklich sehr klein aber man hat alles was man braucht.

Der var ikke gjort særlig godt rent, men det var ok. Sovesofaerne havde ødelagt lameller, og der manglede en del basis service i køkkenet. Der kom ofte nye håndklæder mm. Og de har en god app til bestilling af eks ny sæbe, ekstra dyne mm

null Sterne für das Zimmer und 2 für das schöne aber renovierungsbedürftiges Außengelände Die Laage ist wirklich schön, direkt am Meer. Dort angekommen ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, das Geländer wackelt (ist nicht stabil), die Fußmatten, welche gegen das wegrutschen an den glatten Stellen befestigt wurde, fehlen teilweise und lange große Schrauben schauen heraus. Was für Kinder aber auch für Erwachsene gefährlich sein kann. In dem Zimmer kann leider kein Urlaubsfeeling hochkommen. An den Wänden sind Spinnennetze mit lebenden und toten Spinnen. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind zwar gewaschen- aber die Flecken scheinen nicht mehr raus zugehen. Haare im Bad vom Vorgänger, klebriger Boden. Jede Tür war dreckig und klebte. Der Balkon hat geklebt und wirkte wenig einladend. Der Außenflur war dreckig (mit Binden und leeren Flaschen), die Scheiben wurden auch nicht gereinigt. Auf dem ganzen Außengelände lagen Zigarettenstummel. Alles für uns notwendige habe ich desinfiziert- aber sich in diesen Räumen zu duschen oder schlafen zulegen, war für uns nicht schön. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Frühstück gewählt. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es ist dort sehr sauber. Ein großes Lob für die vielen Angebote für Kinder z.B. ein Kinderpool, mehrere Kinderspielplätze und das Highlight ist der schöne Kinderclub (hier fehlt es an nichts) Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Dusche zuerst unbenutzbar verdreckt, Herdplatten verrostet, Kühlschrank undicht und klebrige Dichtung, alle Möbel abgeschlagen, ein Schrank ist beim Öffnen der Türen nach vorne gekippt, Spermaflecken am Bettrand, sonst auch eckelige Flecken an anderen Stellen, tote Spinnen und Spinnenetze in allen Ecken, sogar im oberen Teil der Badtür, TV funktioniert nicht, Staub in manchen Möbeln, Lüftung im WC funktioniert nicht, was besonders toll ist, weil Abluft nur über Küche, Kaffeemaschine ungenießbar verdreckt, aufgequollen Badtür mit Absplitterung, zeitweise kein Warmwasser, löchriger Vorhang im Schlafzimmer. Infoblatt über Apartment im Nachtkästchen mit undefinierbarer Flüssigkeit verdreckt. Erste Reklamation am gleichen Abend - Vertröstung auf Qualitymanager am nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr - nicht da - Vertröstung auf 12 Uhr. Dann Angebot auf Umzug im gleichen Gebäude, bei gleichem Reinigungspersonal und nicht funktionierter WC-Abluft. Daher als sinnlos abgelehnt. Herd wurde repariert, wobei der neue Herd dann hin- und hergerutscht ist. Der Ersatzkühlschrank hat nicht unter die Arbeitsplatte gepasst, der Versuch den Schlafzimmerschrank zu repariern kann als gescheitert betrachtet werden. Forderung auf Preisreduktion führte zu schriftlicher Kommunikation mit einer Frau Sandra Kopic, die offensichtlich keine Ahnung zu haben scheint, was da abgeht. Reinigungspersonal war dann nur einmal da und hat nicht fertig gemacht und Reinigungsfetzen am Tisch liegen gelas

Sehr schöne Unterkunft Ziemlich neu und schön renoviert. Es steht etwas undurchsichtig in der Beschreibung bezüglich Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Jedoch kann ich sagen, dass bei der Ankunft Handtücher, WC-Papier, Seife, Duschgel, Geschirrspülmittel,ein Spülschwämmchen und Bettwäsche im Zimmer waren. Gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, 2 Felder Ceranfeld, Geschirr usw. Ein Kritikpunkt ist der kleine Balkon und die Tür zum Balkon etwas schmal. Aber zur Halbzeit haben wir frische Bettwäsche bekommen und 2x frische Handtücher und WC-Papier. Die nähe zum Strand war gut. Wir hatten nichtmal 40m. Jedoch kommt es drauf an wo man im Resort das Zimmer hat. Im großen und ganzen war alles gut

A törülközöcsere szemét ürítés csak egyszer sikerült 5 nap alatt. A wc folyatot,jelzés ellnére sem történt változás igy viszont kiábrándito volt az állandó feltörlés,mellesleg tudták hogy rossz hissz szemmel láthatóan probálták javitani korábban sikertelenül.

Apartaments sind sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Stuhl oder wenn jemand lauter spricht. Mit einem kleinen Kind, reicht der Platz gerade so, Apartaments sind eher sehr klein und eng gebaut! Apartments sind super gelegen, 5min zum Meer und genügend Restaurants gibt es zur Auswahl.

Der Preis für das Apartment mit der vorhandenen Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist unverhälnismäßig teuer, Gebäude selbst schäbig... Größe des Apartments für 2 Personen ok, jedoch für 3 Personen nicht empfehlenswert... erster Eindruck bei Ankunft "letzte Absteige"

I'd look elsewhere for a place to stay!!

We stayed two night here. They forgot to mention to us there was a festival or something going on so super noisy at all hours. The place looked like a ghost town, we stayed late April and most restaurants were shut down, and things just looked run down. From the photos and the description when we booked we were expecting alot more from this place.
