The double bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are just the right balance of soft and firm, allowing us to have a very good night’s sleep. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway and an underground shopping mall. Overall, we had a wonderful 4D3N stay at this hotel."

"Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well."
