합리적인 도미토리

지은지 오래된 건물인데 관리가 잘되어있습니다. 벽이 얇아서 복도방음이 안되지만 곰팡이없는 화장실, 먼지없는 숙소, 끈쩍이지 않는 주방, 냄새안나는 냉장고까지 관리가 잘 되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 게 흠이라면 흠이지만 유럽에서 겪었던 것들(?)과 비교해보면 아주 훌륭한 도미토리였습니다.

제가 최우선으로 생각하는 게 청결이라 걱정스러웠습니다. 먼지는 좀 있는 것 같았지만 (아침에 목이 살짝 아팠음) 외적인 부분은 군더더기 없이 깔끔했어요. 또 전기 매트로 아주 따뜻하고 편안한 좋은 휴식이었습니다. 또 울산 갈 일 있으면 여기 이용할 것 같아요. 사장님 감사합니다!

행복한 시간이었습니다~

모든 서비스가 최고였어요. 울산 여행을 계속한다면 계속 여기에서 있고 싶을 정도로요. 로비에서 투숙하신 분들과 함께 시간을 보낸 것도 복이었고요, 아침 식사도 편안히 즐길 수 있어서 좋았어요. 안타깝게 숙소 사진을 안 찍었네요. 사진을 찍어서 올렸으면 더 좋았을 텐데요ㅠㅠ 아쉬울 만큼 좋았어요. 사장님께 행복한 시간 만들어 주셔서 감사하다는 인사를 이렇게 전합니다~~

Strategic location

I've never stayed in a hostel with TV in the room, this is truly exceptional! Walking distance to local market and about 3km to Taehwagang Park for the Bamboo Forest. Walking distance to bus stop in front of City Hall, convenient to catch a bus to anywhere in Ulsan. Very friendly and helpful owner =)

완전 친절하신 직원분!! 잘쉬다갑니다. 방에서 갑자기 안좋은 냄새가나서 찾아보니 화장실에서 냄새가 나더라구요 환기 시키고나니 괜찮아지긴했어요~

Comfortable, very good location for access

A comfortable stay with nearby transport to the rest of Ulsan, convenience store, cafes and restaurants within easy reach. The area was quiet for restful l sleep while Remnant guesthouse was clean and dormitory rooms warm. Wifi was fair bit much better in the lobby and breakfast was simple but helpful to have. The owner is super friendly and wouldn't mind staying again.

교통도 좋고 사장님도 친절하시고 에어컨 티비도 잘나오고 아주 저렴한 가격에 잘 이용했슴돠

여자라서 조금 무서웠던건 밤길이 좀 무섭다는점? 그건 큰길로 돌아오면 해결이 될수있었던것 같구요, 에어컨이나 티비 따뜻한 샤워물 간단한 조식과 사장님의 친절함 모두 맘에 들었습니다, 이렇게 저렴한 가격에 잘 머물수있어서 좋았고 게스트하우스에서 다양한 사람을 만나 이런저런 살갑게 얘기할수있었던것도 정말 좋았습니다

마누라와 함께한 울산여행

예전 여관을 리모델링해서 게스트 하우스로 운영하시는거같구요.2인으로 예약했는데 그가격은 1인이라고 5000원 더달라고 해서 줬습니다.시설은 좋은편은 아니구요.이불이랑 베게는 매번 세탁하는지 좋은향이 납니다.1층엔 아침에 간단한 조식을 먹을수 있구요.밖에나가면 바로 편의점이 있는데 게스트하우스 사장님이 하시는 편의점 같네요.큰길가로 나오면 시장이 있구요.그시장안에는 손칼국수,박근혜대통령이 다녀갔다는 국밥집이랑 국밥골목이 있습니다.돼지국밥,순대국밥등등 맛나는게많이있어요.
