Budget is the new low cost

Well located in the city center, walking distance of the main spots. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved: the floor was full of garbage. It didn't seem a right approached, the housekeeping try to enter in the room early in the morning of the check out day.

Quick visit to Ulm

Always seems odd reviewing a hotel like this, it's basic but okay. I couldn't review the service because I checked myself in and out and had breakfast elsewhere. The cleaning regime seemed inconsistent though.

In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Ulmer Münster. Pragmatisch, ausreichend eingerichtete Zimmer. Wer nur übernachten möchte, ist hier richtig. Preis-Leistung ist absolut ok.

Das Hotel ist einfachst eingerichtet und bietet genügend Komfort für eine Übernachtung. Das Zimmer war sauber, erinnterte in Größe und Einrichtung jedoch mehr an ein Hostel oder eine Jugendherberge. Die Lage ist sehr gut; man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto auf der Schnellstraße und in die andere Richtung in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Ulmer Münster. Auch gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants, Kneipen, Cafes u.ä. Leider war der versprochene Parkplatz nicht verfügbar, so dass das Auto am Straßenrand abgestellt werden musste, was auch nur mit Glück gelang.

Das Schloss mit dem Code-System hat erst nach Unterstützung der Rezeption funktioniert. Am zweiten Tag gab es morgens im Zimmer keinen Strom und das konnte auch nicht behoben werden, weil der Rezeptionist unser Problem gar nicht verstanden hat... Das Frühstücksbufet hätte ein wenig reichhaltiger sein können, vielleicht ein wenig frisches Obst, und nicht nur grüne Äpfel...?

Preis-/Leistung hat gut gepasst. Ich brauchte ein Zimmer zum übernachten mit Sanitäreinrichtung ohne Schnick-Schnack. Das war gegeben. Zimmer war klein und sauber. Was ich für die Übernachtung gebraucht habe, war da. Alles sehr zweckmäßig, dafür aber auch preiswert. Personal sehr freundlich. Sicherlich nicht für Ferienübernachtungen gedacht. Bahnhof und Innenstadt zu Fuß super gut zu erreichen. Kritik aus anderen Bewertungen über mangelnde Sauberkeit kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Ruhig in zentraler Lage

Mein Zimmer war ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Mein Rad konnte ich im Fahrradraum im Keller sicher unterstellen. Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider klebten in der Dusche noch einige Haare.

Erstes Zimmer war mit Zigarettenresten, Gestank und Dreck aufzufinden. Es gibt keinen Schrank und keinen Föhn. In der ersten Nacht hat jemand versucht in mein Zimmer zu kommen, laut Rezeption passiert dies öfter und können aber nicht sagen wer das war, da keine Kameras auf den Fluren sind. Es gibt nur 20 Parkplätze, wo man Glück haben muss, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Bei meinem zweiten Zimmer hat sich von ganz alleine der Code zwei mal geändert. Auch da wusste das Personal nicht wieso dies passiert ist. Frühstück für 11€ viel zu wenig und da durch das Geld nicht wert. Klimaanlage vorhanden aber kühlt nicht
