The owner was very accommodating upon our arrival and the communication was great. The property was perfect for my friends and I, it was right on the lake with its own jetty and kayaks for us to use. I would definitely come back, the location is beautiful and we all had a great time!

We arrived late about 6.30pm and was given clear arrival instructions which was great. Love the location of being on the river front with views and garden setting with small pool. This was a last minute booking and it was quite suitable for our needs, which was really just somewhere to sleep. The location is lovely, right on the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is quite tired but clean. The queen bed was very comfortable, however the pull out bed and bunk in the lounge room was very uncomfortable.

A lovely relaxing place to stay.. plenty of areas to walk around in a pretty country seaside setting but relatively close to Ulladulla to meet all needs. Good little shopping area at Burrill Lake, General Store, bakery, fish shop, cafe, and paddle board hiring plus a couple of others. Units dated, not at all glamorous but in good clean condition in a nice area on the lake. NB reminder to all guests to bring protection from ‘biting insects’.

Clean and very well equipped! Great sized apartment and so grateful bath towels, floor towel, and face cloth supplied! Great view that can't be faulted. Only drawback was tricky parking, and other apartments parking in the designated parking spot for other units. Shared balcony also meant other people's kids running up and down in front of our lounge room and looking in the windows and front door. But otherwise, this was a wonderful weekend stay and we thoroughly enjoyed feeding the friendly local ducks and birds.

The unit was spacious and very clean. The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfy bed with blockout drapes. Heater was effective as the weather was wet and cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a dated style of accommodation/decor. Lake access very picturesque and outdoor area would be enjoyable in warmed weather. Would really have appreciated a paved path across grass to our room to avoid sodden trip from car park, as we arrived in a downpour, but that’s a minor complaint. Overall a lovely quiet spot, with affordable accommodation.
