「We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.」

「Charmante oude kamer, past in de stijl van de villa. Irritante fluittoon in de badkamer wanneer er water gebruikt wordt in onze en de andere badkamers. Erg karig ontbijt in naastgelegen hotel. Wel leuk privé strandje rechtstreeks bereikbaar vanuit het hotel. Geen privé parking maar parkeren kan in de achtergelegen straten voor € 4 per dag. Vele leuke strandrestaurantjes op loopafstand. 」
