The property is beautiful, lush with greenery and water features everywhere, and is very well-maintained. I felt totally relaxed in this green heaven. The staff were polite and attentive. However, housekeeping was a bit slack. I had to remind them 3 consecutive days to make up the room and provide the basic necessities like water bottles, cups, glasses, hand-towels, etc. This was a bit off-putting. Other than this glitch, the overall experience was good.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was lovely, and the lakeside restaurant was excellent. The reception area is stunning, and the pool is also very nice. The bedroom was spacious, but it felt a bit dated and could use some cosmetic updates—particularly given the hotel’s 5-star rating. Maybe some of the other rooms are more modern.

Excellent hotel with a very relaxed vibes. The villa was superb with absolute privacy. The property is arranged with lots of opportunity to interact with nature. The meals were good, particularly breakfast. The best thing that this hotel has is its staff. They are warm and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and by name.

The resort is nicely maintained, Green, the staff is very nice and they are willing to help with any issues that might arrise if they can. An amazing property, very well appointed, the grounds are spectacular and the staff amazing. No real barrier to English either. 20 minute walk to the main strip in Ubud. A CircleK convenience store steps away (to load your mini fridge:)).
