Wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent too. Being around 20 mins north of Ubud makes the villa a little isolated but Grab cars are always available and cheap to hire. The place is so quiet. At night you’ll fall asleep to just the sound of the river in the valley. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Villa was lovely as long as you’re okay with bugs and insects being in a jungle

MUST TRY

Et utrolig unikt sted, med direkte udsyn til "jungle" samt et meget service minded personale. Vælg dette hotel/villa hvis du vil opleve bolig og privat pool med fantastik udsigt, men kan leve med 20 min ind til by og restauranter

I stayed in the Bamboo Villa. The room, pool and breakfast patio were even better in person. The hospitality at this villa is extraordinary! Astawa, the concierge, is warm, welcoming and beyond helpful. He helped me arrange drivers for day trips, provided suggestions for sightseeing, scheduled laundry service, and even helped me after I checked out to join a tour group at another hotel. While I was there, I had a massage that was wonderful and every staff member was very kind and helpful. Since it’s located in the jungle, there are some bugs, but it didn’t affect my stay. If you have limited mobility, be aware that there are several flights of stairs to get to the bamboo villa. I was sad to leave, but I’m excited to plan my next trip back!

Staff was amazing. Property was clean and well maintained. I stayed in the jaglo villa for 10 days. Everything from monkeys running on the roof in the morning to the smell of the beautiful morning air from the forest, it was peaceful. This is exactly what its description states. Its in the jungle. Do not expect 5 star amenities. I had a beautiful stay. Thank you.
