I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places I've stayed in Ubud.

Hotel mais lindo

Com certeza um dos hoteis mais bonitos que ja vi na vida. As fotos não fazem jus - é MUITO mais bonito. O lugar é incrivel, os quartos sao otimos, a equipe é muito amável (ainda que no café da manhã possam ser um pouco lentos). Quero ficar lá de novo em todas as vezes que voltar a Ubud. Tive a oportunidade de ir a outros hoteis na regiao (ritz carlton, kupu kuou barong) e achei esse o mais charmoso de todos, numa estrutura mais intimista de hotel boutique. Recomendo muito!

A resort that feels like home

The resort is fantastic and the staff are friendly and nice. Very charming estate with great architecture and authentic interior designs. Very private and exclusive, though it is on semi open ground. Love the openness of the back towards the Ayung River, and the location of the spa by the river. Food are good, though lacking in variety. I stayed for 4 nights and I imagined I had to repeat items if I had breakfast, lunch and dinner there most of the time. However I wish there was someone at the lobby to handle queries though. Always found the lobby empty and although I was given the mobile number of the staff, the reply might not always be prompt. And maybe the housekeeping needs to be tighter. Found a spray can underneath a cupboard and lots of dust too. Overall a great experience and we will return to stay again.

Супер отель. Очень красивый. Дело в деталях. Бассейн, река, номер, территория, персонал... все выше всяких похвал. Наслаждались реально каждой минутой и каждым кустиком))) Петухи конечно да.. согласна с отзывами, хотелось утром из них суп)), но отель прекрасен.

Just wow!

Spent 3 nights here as part of our honeymoon and words will simply not do the place justice. Everything about the rooms, grounds and it’s staff make it so special and more than any hotel can offer. With just 10 rooms we felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant on our first night and the complimentary breakfast was just the perfect start to a busy day exploring Ubud or lounging by the pool. We hope to return here in the future. Compliments to Mr Pippin and his staff!

Paradise Permata

This hotel is paradise. Trust me you will want to visit permata. They paid attention to every detail. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The grounds were beautiful. It was peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful ornate wooden houses with luxurious comforts. You must stay here. I did not even want to leave. The food comes from the garden and there are fun fruit and veggie drinks. Healthy, peaceful, relaxing, friendly, and u like any other.
