Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had a disappointing experience with Expedia and the villa listed on their platform. This villa was advertised as being near downtown Ubud, but in reality, it was located far out in the countryside, nowhere close to the city. This false advertisement caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since there was no taxi service available for pickup or transportation. The location was misleading and not what I expected based on what was promised. I would not recommend this villa or booking through Expedia for this reason.
