Despite offering you the opportunity to file an official police report, which you declined, we conducted a thorough investigation into your claim of personal item loss and found no substantiated evidence of theft.Our employees have been an integral part of our team for several years, and I have complete trust and confidence in their professionalism and integrity. It is highly unlikely for our staff, who rely on the well-being of our guests for their livelihood, to engage in such behaviour.
