Pretty decent accommodation. Sadly the airco was making some noise which made it difficult to sleep. There was no warm water for showering which is a minus point personally. But very friendly and helpful staff. A good location and barely any mosquitos or other crawlers.

Wonderful stay between ubud and the rice terraces

Staff was so nice. Location is great (but you need a bike) between Ubud and the rice terraces. The place is charming and bungalow look great. Clean and comfortable. I’ve loved my stay here. Also they kept my bag the next day so I could explore, which was appreciated. Great value, I recommend 100%

The place is located in a quiet rural area overlooking some rice terraces making the setting nice. I just had an issue with the smell in the water and the smell of sulfur coming from the drawing was not pleasant. The bungalous could be so amazing if they just took care of the water issues and clean the bathrooms properly, needs lots of TLC

Ananda JJ Ubud is very nicely situated between the rice fields. The rooms are pretty new, cosy and clean, a bit close to the neighbours though. When we arrived we unfortunately found out that they were overbooked, and the reception stuff wasn't able to give us a proper introduction to the place and communication turned out to be a bit cumbersome. But the put me on the phone with the manager right away and organised accom next door, which was ok. All in all god value for the price.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking through Hotels.com at Ananda JJ Resort Ubud. The condition of this so-called resort was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the place in terrible condition—the rooms were smelly and unclean, with damp walls, a non-functional AC, and filthy toilets. Worse, there were cigarette butts left in the ashtray, indicating poor cleaning standards. The linen was dirty, adding to the discomfort. The swimming pool had visible algae, making it unsafe, and my friend’s kids were too scared to even step in. The entire experience was a nightmare, and we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel through a different, more reliable platform. To make matters worse, Hotels.com provided zero assistance when we tried to cancel. Your so-called virtual assistance was useless, leaving us stranded and forced to pay for another hotel out of pocket. This is unacceptable customer service. I will never book through Hotels.com again and will strongly advise others to avoid it as well. A refund and an apology would be the least Hotels.com can offer after such an awful experience.

Joli établissement au coeur des rizieres. Toutefois attention à la petite route passant juste devant sur laquelle la circulation est assez importante tard le soir et tôt le matin. Personnellement j'ai trouvé l'environnement bruyant. Logeant à l'etage du bungalow, j'entendais également beaucoup les occupants du dessous. Pas un grand choix de repas et petit dejeuner classique sans surprise. Accès facile en taxi ou scooter au centre d'ubud en 10/15 mn. Si jebdevais revenir a Bali, je ne reserverai pas à cet hotel. Mais c'est tres personnel.

Hôtel dans un état catastrophique. Nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow (chambre la plus cher). Il y'avait un pompe à eau qui tournait non stop avec un bruit de tondeuse à gazon de jour et de nuit. Même avec des bouchons d'oreilles c'était épouvantable. Clientèle essentiellement de jeunes qui font la fête. Hotel tellement sale et vétuste, l'argent doit juste rentrer mais jamais être utilisé pour l'entretien. La piscine est bourré de chlore et mon petit à très mal réagi. Les agriculteurs font brûler des choses à côté de l'hotel tout les jours et l'odeur est extrêmement forte et la fumée étouffante. Ce que je ne comprend pas ce sont les bonnes cotations des autres utilisateurs car ce Hôtel ne devrait pas être référencé sur un site comme celui-ci. La seule chose très positive c'est la gentillesse du staff 5 étoiles.

Perfectly tranquil little place if you want to avoid the bustle of central Ubud. My room had a lovely balcony view of the neighboring rice fields (and a whole lotta ducks!). Requires a 10 minute ride into town, easily arranged by the awesome staff. Nice meals prepared with care. Several other eating spots within a short walk. Enjoyed my stay.
