O espaço é muito bom, totalmente climatizado e bem distribuído. Cozinha completa com cafeteira, microondas e grill elétrico. Utensílios de cozinha vão um pouco além do basico e atende para uma estadia curta. Camas possuem colchões confortáveis e os quartos são espaçosos. Hóspedes não podem utilizar algumas comodidades do condomínio como, espaço gourmet, academia e jacuzzi porém, o acesso a piscina e sauna é permitido. Apesar do amplo estacionamento as vagas pequenas para veículos grandes. Existe um controle de acesso dos hóspedes ao condomínio. Não possui serviço de praia, tb não dispõe de cadeiras ou guarda sol para empréstimo. 5 minutos de caminhada chega à praia das Toninhas, com bares e serviço para banhista. Mercado e padaria nas proximidades. Tarifa não inclui roupa de cama e banho porém, porém foi oferecido com valor adicional.
