「Room 159 was nice with new appliances great views of the marina and mountains. Convint parking and access to to pool. Really close to the restaurant. Nice stock of Beach and pool toys and chairs for guests to use.」

「Location was good. Close to lots of stuff and off main road. Room was clean lacked a few things we like but for the location and price no complaints. Community was older but kept nice and was quiet. Resort was connected to another resort that had restaurants and bar. Beach was good, looked out to St. Johnn. Property was next to ferries to St. John. Other excursion pickups were also nearby. Had laundry, no stove but we survived. Was a decent stay.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. 「The pros: The ocean view was nice! Hearing the waves at all times of the day was very relaxing. Location was great! Very close to Christiansted. Within 35min to almost any thing else. I appreciated having a first floor unit to have a back patio for sitting out. I enjoyed being in a very “local neighborhood”. We did not mind that this is not a swimming spot. There’s others nearby.
