「The stay was awesome 」

「Horrible stay, the toilet has a silent leak (flushing all night), the tub spout comes OFF!, the shower walls are cracked full of caulking, beds squeak. Hilton, i like your brand, so instead of spending my second night on room 407 I moved to the TRU up north which was much better. BTW the pool is a swamp.」

「Room was nice but all the shared areas were poor. Pool was out of commission, carpets dirty, a lot of noise in the late hours and only one staff person in sight. Not what I'm use to from La Quinta. Also, included breakfast was no good. Minimal items, coffee was scorched and area was a mess.」

「Although most of our stay was pleasant, it only takes one person to ruin an otherwise good experience. A couple of small things stood out when we arrived. When I went to use the gym, there was no hand cleaner available. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk, but it didn’t seem to concern them much. 「When I checked in I was enformed the elevator was broken and had been for about 2 weeks. I was placed on the 3rd floor with no assistance in getting all my luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was filthy and smelled of marijuana. The last 3 days of my stay the hot water was out and the hotel was not sure when it would be fixed. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. Hopefully new management can come in to improve standards.」

「This was a clean, minimalist property. Outside and inside seating limited. The room was clean overall. Some dirt on outside of shower. Inside shower was spotless. Best shower I have had in a long time. Very limited in kitchen supplies. Sofa was a little uncomfortable. Bed was good, but pillows were awful. Front desk was very nice and helpful.
