"The hotel staff was not very welcoming or aware of the access. When I was directed to the indoor pool after 9pm to find the access locked, another person tried to redirect me back there. When I questioned them, they got frustrated and said I should know. There is limited lobby sitting options to gather, there are no table chairs on the courtyard. Looks nice but not practical to enjoy. Disappointed about the overall experience. "

"I can’t get ahold of anyone to situate our finances and get our deposit back. You can’t leave a voicemail it literally hangs up on you and the massage system isn’t set up or it glitches "

"They had a full breakfast bar with fresh waffles, and fresh fruit. The airport shuttle was excellent except that it stopped at 10 pm. "

"Rooms are clean but dated. The shower drained very very slowly. Staff failed to tell us the our parking area would be closed at 7 am so were asked to move our car at 10 pm. I love the area of downtown Salt Lake, very convenient for downtown events. "

"It was disappointing to take my grand daughters only to find the slide is only open on the weekend. When I asked about it at the desk they claimed it is posted on their website. I went back to check and couldn’t see where it said the slide was only open on weekends. They must not make that info prominent for a reason."
