「太臭臭」

「Hotel was super cold! I asked for 2 extra blankets. We had to leave a day early due to my dads health. Will try to see ifexpedia honors the insurance I purchased.」

「Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we booked—-booked the king and “double sofa bed”. Got a room with just a sofa-didn’t pull out like the description and photos. Uncomfortable sleep for 4 people. We got in late and wanted to eat-but they told us the portions were small and suggested we find something else. Buffalo Wild Wings and Raising Kane’s were a few blocks away-so we did that which it was a fine night for walking. Parking is $15/night - I didn’t see that before booking, only in an email...

「Had to help ourselves to the housekeeper’s cart because we were only provided one bath towel (two if you count the used one hanging on the shower) for four people…needed a fresh bar of soap since we didn’t want to use the one left over from the previous guests. The toilet ran all night. It’s fine if you’re in a pinch to find a room.」

「The room had a smell to it, not a bad smell but, not a good smell either. I was not able to adjust the thermostat for the a/c. To raise the temperature because it was too cold the heat would come on. The exterior back door to the parking lot did not lock. The room was not like the picture on line. The bathroom was half painted. Not enough seating for breakfast.」

「During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the...
