「The hotel is nice.looks like they was short of staff the service at pool side wasn't good at all there was just 1 server that had to serve about 40 person I order tenders and fries she brought it without any sauce no tissue no fork.the room the sheets and pillows didn't had a fresh scent at all.i checked in with my kids and husband to spend 1 night because of the holiday but we checked out back at around 7 the same evening.i think manager need to do a better job with managing of the hotel.」

「This hotel was spot on when it came to hospitality and amenities as well as convenience supermarket everything is within this huge building. My room had a big size with a kitchenette which was perfect. Breakfast was inclusive which was a full buffet. Lunch and dinner was Chinese style meals that tasted very good. Immaculate cleaned rooms every day they provided a laundry room on all floors and a microwave what more can you want everything is provided. In my opinion one of the best hotels in...

「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」

「the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)」

「Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request.」

「The place need work.The toilet seat was broken. The front door had a pice of metal sticking out if you are not careful you could get hurt.we were on the third floor no elevator we had to carry our bag up the stairs .the doors have gaps.」
