Fantastic apartment for ease and convenience

Very close to Turin Porta Susa train station and places to eat and drink. Apartment was convenient and clean with communal coffee and tea facilities and a fridge just outside the room. The owners were incredibly helpful and stored our large backpacks for us on our last day as we had a late train. Very kind and accommodating! Thanks for a super stay!

Fantastic location

The location of the property is fantastic, easily accesible for seeing the city, bus station and sightseeing bus stop very cloae by. A lovely lady showed us in and to our room, but this was more by luck as we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The check-in was very unclear, how to enter the building and get keys so we were really fortunate she happened to be leaving the building as we arrived. She was brilliant and very friendly. The bed was very low, which was the only issue. The apartment was perfect other than that and we had booked the balcony room. Great location to see this stunning city.

Paper thin walls, good location and low prices

The room itself was nice, the pillows were a bit too hard for us, there was a lot of light coming from the curtains, there was also lots of noise coming from the street below but the worst part is that we could hear everything from the room next to us so there was no privacy. The price was quite low and that was about right.

The internet site with instructions was down, impossible to get to the building on the day of arrival. The host sent the key lock code by WhatsApp but there was no key inside for the apartment. Very unpleasant communication. I do not recommend.

Needs updates

Rooms need updated mattress, pillows and sheet which were uncomfortable and shabby. Bathroom is nice, room is very small and street can be noisy.
