Nice, simple accommodation with very friendly staff and a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was sufficient, and we would happily come back.

l'hotel si trova in posizione centrale di Chieri, comodo inoltre per il suo parcheggio privato. Struttura discreta, personale gentilissimo.

The hotel is old and sad looking. When I arrived, I was given a room but no information. Nothing about breakfast, nothing about wifi. Most of the staff speak no English. I requested a taxi to go to a meeting and one of the people from the staff drove me in his car (this was not OK), he spoke no English at all. The bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Worse than this, there is a restaurant below the room I had where the staff keep the doors open and wander in and out to take breaks, talk, etc. There was very loud music coming from this area from 17:00 until 23:00 every evening. It was a disaster and I would never stay here again.

Visto dall'esterno, l'hotel è molto bello, con un parco intorno e tanti fiori colorati. All'interno, invece, pur apparendo dignitoso e abbastanza accogliente, rivela degli aspetti di non perfetta manutenzione. Si tratta di un edificio alquanto vetusto che sia nelle camere e nei bagni, sia negli ambienti comuni, dovrebbe essere rinnovato e ammodernato. La colazione è solo sufficiente.

Good value - could benefit from redecoration

No major complaints but it's not an awe-inspiring hotel. Lovely town all within walking distance, comfortable enough, and staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been more expansive in terms of the offering and the quantities, and the hours of service (only until 9.30am). Coffee was quite good though!
