Good hardware poor soft ware
As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. hotel agréable mais plusieurs points à signaler. Chambre très petite. Pas vraiment de place pour se faire un thé par exemple. Nos serviettes étaient humides (car aucun système de VMC ou autre)et on ne nous les a pas changé le lendemain donc bof pour la douche suivante... Prestation pas à la hauteur ...
