"The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. "The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

Great resort hotel, access to beach and city

"This is a great hotel not too far from the Tunis airport/Tunis city center/Carthage historical site. When I first was looking at the listing for this hotel, I was skeptical as I thought it just couldn't be like the pictures. I was wrong. The hotel is about an easy 20 minute drive from the Tunis airport in a very good area. I personally didn't see much in the area around the hotel except for other hotels and a nightclub across the street, but there is a good mall and grocery store just down the street so that was very nice. Getting to Tunis center and the Carthage Historical Sites are very easy as well, with about a 15 minute drive to each. In the hotel, there is a very nice pool which was beautiful, a couple of shops, a couple of restaurants and a great path with access to the beach. I ordered room service the first night there and the food was good with no problems at all. Also, trying to get pool towels and extra shower towels from the reception desk was super easy with zero problems. Speaking of the front desk, as the Tunisian dinar is a closed currency and landing at Tunis airport so early in the morning, I hadn't had a chance to convert my USD to local currency but I was able to do it at the front desk, which gave me a rate that was very, very close to market value, which was a very welcome surprise."

"Outstanding hotel, we can’t wait to come back. The staff was terrific. The hotel property, architecture, pool, beach, everything was wonderful. It’s so nice to stay at a hotel where you feel so well looked after. The slice of delicious birthday cake with birthday wishes left in our room as a surprise by the hotel staff was above and beyond."

"Great place to stay short walk to Downtown and Medina. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day and toiletries and towels refreshed . WiFi was good and 24h reception . Large rooms only a 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, close to the tram station supermarket next door , launderette and many other amenities on the same road. Very friendly staff honestly couldn't ask for more. "
